Coyote Creek Dairy

Breeding Quality Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats Since 2006
Coyote Kidz
Junior Does
As a rule of thumb, we are always trying to improve our herd through careful breeding and genetic selection. We are not perfect but are learning  better ways everyday to achieve the ideal type for longevity and milk production. Jr. does are BIG maybes and hopfullys! We don’t put too much stock in how any juniors show simply because some have “ugly duckling” phases and some don’t mature the way we hope. Until they prove themselves in the milk pail we can enjoy their adorable antics as kids!

Coyote Kidz RB Catwoman

Date of Birth: 09/5/2016

Sire: DesertNanny AB Rocket Boots
Grand Sire:DesertNanny UMA Astro Boy
Grand Dam: DesertNanny BR Fairy Floss 2*M

Dam: Coyote Kidz Blue Opal
Grand Sire: AGS Prairie Wood Sir Issac Newton
Grand Dam: AGS Coyote Chocolate Sunday

Catwoman (Kat for short) joined us late in the season as the third and final doeling of the year. Like her sisters Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy, she is unfolding to be a lovely little doe. We Love the levelness and hip set to this doeling! She also appears to have strength in the brisket and plenty of width into the chest floor that continues back to some wide hocks for great feet and legs. It's quite difficult to get a kid to pose without them scrunching their neck but she did pretty good at 3 weeks of age

Twist was a bit of an "ironic accident", she is the first doe kid of 2017 that we didn't mean to get but couldn't resist! She is line bred on Twincreeks Fire N Ice. Her dam has a lot ow width and excellent capacity with good rear attachments. Twist's sire is a long bodied buck with strong shoulders and good milk production behind him. Twist has lots of personality and is unfolding to have lovely conformation. We are happy to have this little girl, thanks to Tanya and Gabhran Creek Nigerians for making her available!

One of the last two daughters of Boots, Aurora is almost a perfect copy of her dam in color even with blue eyes. We are very excited to see how her and her sister mature, especialy since their older sister Nova is doing so well as a first freshener. We are sad that boots wans't around longer but he definatly left an impression on our herd!

Aayla is the first doeling out of our new herd sire Max Rebo. She is a lovely gold with blue eyes and a long body! Opal is starting to show great volume and is maturing nicley. We are hooing that Aayla will mature with the amazing width that her sire has with stong feet and legs and length of body. She was no small kid weiging 4.2lbs at birth. Very excited for this girl!

Grand Sire: Proctor Hill Farm TO Go Daddy EEE 92
Grand Dam: Old Mountain Farm Fast Tempo

Dam: Old Mountain Farm Anahid
Grand Sire: Old Mountain Farm Bold Elk
Grand Dam: Old Mountain Farm Anahita

Tallulah means "leaping water" in Norwegian and it's fitting because she hardly stands still!
Anahid hardly looked pregnant  I almost did another blood test to make sure, but she had twins! She freshened with a beautiful udder, the photos we have she is still fuzzy but when show time comes we will get some better ones. These babies are LONG in their body and darn near perfectly straight across the top line with wonderful hip and rup structure! Their sire Presto, is a paternal half brother to our Max Rebo and Go Daddy stamped his kids with wonderful feet and legs that sure do show up on this doe and her sister.

Grand Dam: Old Mountain Farm Tianna Quinn

Grand Dam: Rosasharn UN Bumble B 5*M

This fancy girl is Freyja Ave Fjellet which means "Lady of the Mountain" in Norwegian, a unique name for a uniquely special girl. I have been wanting a daughter of Cernunnos for SO LONG! He has a reputation of producing amazing offspring that are top performers does and bucks alike. Freyja's dam Lady while she could use a little better rear udder attachment is easily one of my best does personality, temperament, and her milk production is fantastic for butter fat and protein! I know we are not supposed to have favorites but she is my favorite kid of the season by far! She is so wide and strong in her bone structure, can't wait to see how this little one matures!
